Other books include Strategically Integrated HRD, The Performance Challenge, and Beyond the Learning Organization. They live in Fort Collins, Colorado. Steven A. Eggland is a professor of vocational education at the University of Nebraska- Lincoln. He has written several books on the field of HRD.
