Author Bio

Jay W. Vogt is an organizational and human development consultant who founded Peoplesworth, a consultancy, in 1982. Clients include Nortel Networks, Stonyfield Farm, Harvard University, the Massachusetts Audubon Society, and many other mission-driven organizations.
