Shetty and Buehler (Utah State University) have compiled a selection of papers from the more than 100 presented at three seminars conducted in 1987 as a part of Utah State University's Partners program of the College of Business. Participants included both academicians and practitioners who came together to explore competitiveness and productivity in the American economy.
