Author Bio

Leith Oliver has owned and managed several businesses; he lectures in operations management, entrepreneurship and business growth at the University of Auckland. He is also a programme leader and academic advisor to the University's business growth centre and incubator, the Icehouse.

John English has successfully created and managed a number of small businesses both in Australia and overseas. He is Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship at the Australian Innovation Research Centre and Adjunct Professor in Entrepreneurship in the School of Business and Government at the University of Canberra. He is the author of the highly successful How to Organise and Operate a Small Business in Australia - now in its tenth edition with more than 200,000 copies sold.
