Author Bio

Luan Wise started her own marketing consultancy and training business in 2011. Her client portfolio currently includes higher education institutions, professional services (legal and financial), manufacturers, and FMCG. In 2016, she began to write and record courses for LinkedIn's online learning platform, LinkedIn Learning. Since 2019, Luan has also been a lead trainer for Meta. Luan also leads training on behalf of professional bodies, including the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, the Federation of Small Businesses, and the Direct Marketing Association in northern California.
