Author Bio

After graduating from Miami University (Ohio) with a double major in Operations Management and Decision Sciences, KaLeena started her career at a Big 4 Consulting group in Strategy & Operations. She quickly developed a love for health care and transitioned to the healthcare industry in 2009. Over nearly a decade, KaLeena has had the opportunity to combine her love of the healthcare industry and passion for business and strategy in a number of different support and leadership roles. She currently serves as a Vice President at a large healthcare company. In the spirit of lifelong learning, she completed her Master of Business Administration at Washington University in St. Louis through a professional program and continues to be involved today as a member of the Olin Alumni Board. KaLeena lives with her husband in the Midwest. They are expecting their first child in July 2017, and she is excited to take on the new challenge of being a working and traveling mom.
