Dr. Stephen P. Kelner, Jr. is a motivational psychologist and leadership consultant, who applies academic and practical research to help people understand themselves. His methods have been used to assess, select, and develop tens of thousands of executives around the world, in virtually every industry and function. He currently serves as president and co-founder of Ascent Leadership Networks, which focuses on strategic talent assessment, management, and development. Kelner has an undergraduate and masters degree from Harvard University, and a PhD in personality psychology from Boston University. He lives north of Boston with his mystery writer wife.
