Kieran Trass has decades of experience as a property investor, financier, property mentor and is a pioneering observer and researcher of property cycles. He has established himself as an expert in the field, and first called the epic New Zealand property boom of 2002-07 before it arrived. Today he is making a similar call after 20 years of revolutionising investor understanding and navigation of the dynamic real estate market through his innovative TellMeTheTime methodology.
