Fifty years from now, historians will be identifying the criminality of the George W. Bush Administration. As these academics document their task they will be dependent on authors who were \u0022in his face\u0022 at the time of these international crimes. Blase Bonpane believes that silence is complicity. There is no more cogent, timely commentary to be found on urgent moral and political challenges facing us today, this week, than these columns and interviews by Blase Bonpane produced over the previous four years. To discover that in these pages is to feel shame and anger as an American that the shocking crimes and outrages of our government exposed here have been allowed by our society to persist or recur to this day. Fortunately, Bonpane's prophetic voice, along with his own example of courageous witness over four decades, can inspire readers to move beyond those emotions to action for a better world.

This book Civilization is Possible should be read by every man, woman and adolescent child in the United States.
Never has it been more important for the American people to understand exactly who rules the United States and what bastadary they are imposing upon the nation's people by saying one thing and yet doing something completely different.
This book, simply and eloquently states the obvious--the wonderful United States is under the most subtle and sustained attack by people who are greedy, mean and clever, so utterly unlike the founders of the country who were wise, kind and caring and who embodied wonderful visions for the future of their embryonic nation.
Read this book NOW, imbibe and digest its contents, remember the wisdom and direction of the founders, then rise up and reclaim your nation!
