My husband and I bought a toy fox and a small bear for our new grand daughter while visiting in London. We then traveled through France with these furry toy animals before arriving back in the States. While driving through France, I dreamt up several stories about the animals escapades. When our Grand Daughter first saw the little bear she snuggled up to him immediately and I named him London Bear. As Pagie grew older she became great friends with the fox and we named him Freddie Fox. Pagie visited us quite often and when she did she immediately sought out her two friends to play with. We spent many fun days making up stories about them and this is one of them.

Author Bio

Dorothy Riesmeyer and her husband grew up in St. Louis. Business took them eventually to Connecticut where they resided In Weston until retirement when they moved to Newport RI. They have two children, Duncan and Mary Lynn and four grandchildren. After her husband was deceased Dorothy moved to a retirement center, The Cypress in Hilton Head, SC. She is proud to be a Great Grandmother to four little girls.
