1977: The Queen's Silver Jubilee, God Save the Queen, football hooliganism and police mayhem. Turkish gangster Sercan Ozdemir's plans to use the Park Royal Mafia muscle to make a name for himself have ended in a bloodbath as he walks into a trap engineered by DCI Harrison. Whilst The Brothers, Psycho and the rest continue policing their north Manchester cesspit, better known as Horse s Arse, Ozdemir realises that his redemption lies in eliminating those he knows have betrayed him. Charlie Owen enjoyed a thirty-year career in the police service, serving with two forces in the Home Counties and London, reaching the rank of Inspector. He recently commenced a second career in the security services department of an investment bank. Charlie Owen is married with six children.
