Author Bio

David Mestemaker, based in Houston, Texas,was a member of the South Texas Law Review and was a mock trial champion; graduating magna cum laude in 1988.David has served the community primarily as a personal jury lawyer; having represented thousands of people in the last 35 years. He has tried to verdict more than 300 cases of all kinds and is eligible to be board certified as a personal injury lawyer, a civil trial lawyer, a criminal defense lawyer, a family lawyer and an appellate lawyer. David was recently elected to be a member of ABOTA.
