Author Bio

Benjamin Black is the pen name of Man Booker Prize winner John Banville. This is the sixth novel in Benjamin Black's Quirke Dublin series which is about to be adapted for BBC1 and will star Gabriel Byrne. The Quirke series will also benefit from the publicity garnered by Black's new novel Black Eyed Blonde, a Philip Marlowe novel.
