-Feist remains one of Spectra's strongest backlist authors, with almost 4 million copies of his books in print (almost 2.5 million alone as part of the Riftwar Saga) and 2.3 million sold (of which 1.6 million are for Riftwar alone). Each book has been through between 11 to 30 printings, with average ROMS still in the 1000s. -Feist's books have hit the bestseller list multiple times, both for us and for his current publisher, HarperCollins. -In conjunction with the Author's Preferred Edition of Prince of the Blood, which will be coming out in hardcover, Spectra will be repacking all of Feist's remaining Riftwar books (Magician- Apprentice, Magician- Master, Silverthorn, A Darkness at Sethanon, and The King's Buccaneer). -A similiar upswing in sales was seen when we reissued the Author's Preferred Editions of Magician- Apprentice and Magician- Master in November 1992 (Doubleday hardcover) and January 1994 (Bantam mass market).

Author Bio

Raymond E. Feist is the international bestselling author or co-author of twenty one novels, including Magician, Silverthorn, A Darkness at Sethanon, Faerie Tale, The Kings Buccaneer, Talon of the Silver Hawk, and King of Foxes. Feist is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego, and resides in Southern California with his family. He travels, collects wine, and lives and dies with the San Diego Chargers.
