Description

It begins with a autobiography on myself but turns into a journey with the twists and turns that takes place within the realm of the story of my book "Only If I Had a Second Chance." Everyone can relate to this book. Many people have regrets of making the wrong decision in chosing their life's pursuits and wish they had a second chance to start all over again! When we are young, we don't think of the future or the reprecussions about our decisions chosing a career, a partner or a direction that would take them to the next level of their lives. Sometimes we get caught up in the currents of life and which can push us around without us having control over as to where we should be going. Given a second chance, how would you do it differently

Author Bio

I was born in July 21, 1948, in Germany. I came to the United States with my parents on the USS Jumper in 1949. We rented an apartment on the 4th floor in the Bronx, where we lived until 1961. I grew up in Borough Park, Brooklyn which at that time was a great place to grow up as a teenager. I knew that I was born to be in "show business" but life took different turns with no support to encourage me to get there. I was frustrated as to what I needed to do with my life. I decided to enroll at the New York Institute of Technology and major in TV Production, working (3) jobs so I could continue my college education, but that only lasted 2-1/2 years. I ran out of money. I decided to ask my father to co-sign my loan since I was only 20-1/2 years old but "dear old Daddy" refused and told me to go get married!!!. There went my dreams down the tubes. I began to flounder around with my life. What should I do I got a job at J. Walter Thompson, a large advertising agency, where I was in the Media Dept. Years went by without any inclination as to which direction I should take. I struggled for many years as to who I was. Life's challenges make you strong and gives you wisdom!!!
