Description

When 12-year old Vanessa finds a winged helmet that falls out of the sky, she sets out to find its owner who turns out to be Hermes, messenger of the gods. Due to an injury, Hermes is unable to complete his mission of delivering an important warning and asks for Vanessa's help. The ensuing journey takes Vanessa on a dangerous adventure to help save ancient Greece from destruction.

Author Bio

C.B. Liverpool abandoned writing short stories at age 12 and, after decades, is now rediscovering its joys. She now jumps into alternate writing realities for children, young teens and young adults.

C.B. hails from a tropical Asian country where she lives with her son and several cats that wandered into her home. When not writing, she can be found either online watching superhero movies or in the corporate world jumping through hoops, drinking coffee and occasionally breathing fire.
