Balloons Against The Moon was created many years ago on a summer night in California, when a loving father discovered a magical way for his daughter to enjoy bedtime. When songs and stuffed animals fail to calm his little girl, the dad decides to get her out of her dark, tiny room and take her for a walk on a warm summer evening. His daughter discovers beautiful distractions that lull her to sleep and into peaceful dreams.
Philip Sigler Jr has written articles on human behavior, has published a children's book, and has written numerous screenplays, including adapting screenplays from books. He has lived in England, California, New York, and New Jersey. Philip and his wife currently live in Massachusetts. They have six children between them and five grandchildren. Outside of pursuing his hobbies of reading, writing, and running, Philip works in leadership development and human resources.
