Rick Dakan was the lead designer of the online game City of Heroes and he is the author of many role-playing game books, including Conspiracy X, Deadlands, Dungeons & Dragons, Kult, Vampire: The Masquerade, and Wraith: The Oblivion. He is also the author of several novels, including Greek Mafia and Rise of the Titans. He lives in Sarasota, Florida.
