Reviews

* Reminiscent of Ruth Rendell at her best. Herald * Alvtegen is a name to watch. Guardian * A compelling tale...full of false leads and bloody deeds. Sunday Herald * Alvtegen's chilling novels are head and shoulders above the rest of the Scandi crew. Daily Mail * Alvtegen powerfully evokes Sibylla's sense of persecution and conveys what it means to live as an outsider, without ever compromising this compulsive thriller. Metro * A genuine hit ... a brilliant novel. -- Gefle Dagblad, Sweden * A very powerful novel. Skilfully, very intimately and realistically, Alvtegen describes an individual living outside the margins. -- Helsingborgs Dagblad * A gripping, multi-faceted thriller. It is not only about brutal murder, but also about something more profound - an individual's road to awareness about her own life and value ... Alvtegen is already amongst the top Swedish crime and thriller authors. Folkbladet Jonkoping
