Description

Diego is an employee at the Ministry of Justice in Rome and the father of a gravely disabled boy. Though the birth of his son sent shockwaves through his life and marriage, Diego is managing to give himself and his family some semblance of routine and normality. His calm is thrown into turmoil, though, when he meets Walid - a mysterious Middle Eastern man who is also father to a disabled child. But soon events suggest Walid is someone more sinister than he would have people believe. To find the truth Diego must examine his own relationship with Walid.

A story of secrets, terrorism, spies, and international crime. This experience will transform the protagonist; in the end he will have to reconsider his relationship with The Other, with all that which is different, and with his own idea of 'normality.'
