Trivia buff David Marriot does, and when he gets a job as a question compiler for a new TV Quiz Show, THE LOT, which offers a top prize of 1,000,000, it looks like he's found the perfect career. But his dream job soon turns sour when he finds himself caught up in the back-stabbing and in-fighting behind the scenes at Sparkle Productions. When his boss steals his idea for an astrological game show called Astro Wars, it s the last straw for David. Mitchell Symons co-wrote early British editions of Trivial Pursuit before becoming a full-time journalist and writer. He has written regularly for The Sunday Times, Punch and the Evening Standard. He has written 23 non-fiction books and lives with his wife and two sons on the coast in Sussex. THE LOT is his second novel.
