Author Bio

After finishing my college running career, I turned my passion in a new direction through triathlon. This new obsession gave me the desire to venture down even more paths. As the years progressed, I found IFF continuously lingering with me, needing to be written. What originally started as a simple idea about a girl named Sarah Mills became a series of choices that I hope encourages readers in high school, college, and beyond.

Aside from my time writing or running, I find enjoyment along hiking trails or on the river kayaking. Learning about my physical and mental limits is something I fundamentally love and through exercise and writing, I get to explore what is possible while living my passions.
