At first glance of the title, one might think this is a children's book. In a way it isit speaks to the child and adult in each of us. It is a masterful piece of short stories that invites the reader on a literary journey. As a collection of short stories, it travels from the lows in the valleys to the highs in the heavens. The challenges, downfalls and victories of life are explored as the narrator is repeatedly yanked from her comfort zone and forced to use her faith. Travel with her as she passes to her granddaughter true stories of her adventures with God, the King. It's a unique, thought provoking, piece of literature.
Carolyn J Hudson, a native of Connecticut, moved to Texas in 1984. When a traumatic experience forced this very private person into the public eye, the trajectory of her life was forever altered. She turned pain into power and began to help other survivors on their healing journeys. Carolyn is the founder and overseer of Silent Screams Inc. an organization for sexual assault survivors. She is a radio show host, public speaker, writer, artist, and teacher. More than that, Carolyn is a lover of life, family and God. She is a certified herbalist and ordained Christian minister.
