Donald Olson is a travel writer, novelist and playwright. His travel stories have appeared in The New York Times, National Geographic, and other national publications. He has written many bestselling travel guides for Frommers, including most recently Easy Guide to Seattle, Portland & the Oregon Coast; Seattle Day by Day; and Portland Day by Day.
