Description

Evelyn Sinclair and her daughter, Amelia, have never known the joy that true love and happiness can bring. A huge misunderstanding between Evelyn and her father-in-law forced her to leave home with Amelia when she was born, and since then Evelyn has struggled to make ends meet in one of Liverpool s poorest backstreets, refusing to accept offers of help or friendship from kindly neighbours.
