Xueting C. Ni has written extensively on Chinese culture, translated Chinas literary as well as other output in arts and entertainment, for over a decade, working with companies, institutions, and festivals, to help improve understanding of Chinas heritage, culture and innovation. She is the author of From Kuan Yin to Chairman Mao: An Essential Guide to Chinese Deities (Weiser Books) and Chinese Myths (Amber Books). Her curated anthology of Chinese science fiction Sinopticon (Solaris), won Best Anthology at the BFS Awards, 2022. Sinophagia, her new collection of contemporary Chinese horror fiction (Solaris), will be published in September 2024. She is currently working on a cultural history of Xia storytelling.
