The Stanley's, Edmund, Endora and their son Nathan who built Thornwood are still in residence and have been waiting for Julie's arrival for almost a hundred years. Pretending to seek redemption for her past sins, sins that sent Endora to hell for eternity, she's actually seeking revenge and now that Julie has arrived she intends to get it.
In this absorbing paranormal page-turner, Julie's life begins to spiral out of control as she starts to question everythingeven her own sanity.
The minute you meet Naomi Stan you begin to understand why everyone loves her. She is one of the funniest people you'll ever meet, but don't expect to see her humorous side while reading Fear No Evil the Diary of Julie Hammond. Fear No Evil, is a dark tale of the supernatural, mingled in with the everyday life of a young military wife and mother. Fear No Evil is a book about undying love, deceit, revenge, loss and forgiveness. It's a story that travels between the present and the late Victorian era, where both the good and sinister battle for control.
The wife of a retired Air Force Office and mother of one son, Naomi and her family have finally settled down in upstate N.Y. Never one to let the grass grow under her feet, Naomi has lived a varied and sometimes scary existence. When living in Las Vegas she was lead singer in a rock and roll band. Twice while traveling to join her husband she managed to fly on two different 747's that nearly crashed. One caught fire, the other lost two engines over the Atlantic. For several years she raised Siberian Huskies and showed several to their championships both in Canada and the U.S. For the last few years she has taught courses on being a Victorian Woman and Living in a Victorian home.
At present she dabbles in oil painting, and loves reading books about things that go bump in the night. Perhaps that's why she wrote Fear No Evil. Or maybe it's because she lived in the house where the story took place.
