Say HOLA to a hilarious kite-flying adventure in Skeletown with everyone's favorite Dia de los Muertos-inspired characters that will lead to giggles with English and Spanish readers alike!
Hold on to your hats-it's a windy day in Skeletown! It's the perfect time to play outside and fly a kite with friends. But if Skully isn't careful, he'll have to say ADIOS to his handmade kite. Is he just one gust of wind away from a whole tangle of troubleWith a clever text comprised of only 2 words, Hola. Adios! features dynamic, neon green art that pops off the pages, a completely unique approach to storytelling, and a wildly appealing (but not scary!) cast of calavera characters from the fantastical world of Skeletown. Here's a rambunctious romp sure to delight bilingual and emerging Spanish language readers (but also simple enough to be completely understood by speakers of any language).Don't miss these other books in the Skeletown series!Skeletown: Si. No!Skeletown: Mas. Menos!Praise for Skeletown: S. No!:

"The text demonstrated a range of meanings for 's' and 'no' (the only two words in the book) with black, white, and blood orange images that are jam-packed with friendly skeleton details." --Horn Book
