Valerie Cox is a former crew member (2005-2006) of Mercy Ships, a hospital ship that provides life-changing surgeries for the people of West Africa. She currently teaches English in her hometown of Cleveland, Texas, and enjoys exploring nature, keeping in touch with friends and family, and helping children and teens learn the truth about God's love.
