Author Bio

Rena' Averett is an author, educator and encourager-- a wife, mother and Mimi. Above all, she is a follower of Jesus Christ. Rena' resides on a farm in Alabama with her husband. They share five children and 14 grandchildren.
In 2020, Rena' retired having served 25 years as a teacher and principal. She asked God to send dreams and ideas in this new chapter of her life. From that prayer, her debut Inspirational Romance novel, Blue Moon Rising, was born.
Though fiction, Blue Moon Rising is inspired by Rena's life journey and is steeped in the promise of Romans 8:28. It is a story of the perfect faithfulness of God... against all odds.
