After a ten-year absence Dan Ivy has returned to Beacon, NC. His high school sweetheart, Kate Nola, was left heartbroken when he left for the big city to pursue a life without her. She stayed in Beacon and now runs a successful yoga business with her mom Maggie who suffered heartbreak of her own about fifteen years earlier when her husband chose to replace her for a younger model.

Out of the blue, Dan is back with plans to pursue a passion for cooking and open a cafe right next door to the yoga studio in the charming historic downtown.

Author Bio

Terry is mother to three, grandmother to six, and wife of 45 years to Jack. Having lived all over the country, she and Jack recently settled down in the quaint town of Waxhaw, North Carolina, where she found the inspiration and time to write her first novel. She is an avid reader, yoga teacher, and loves good food. These loves combine to shape Second Chance at Christmastime.

She is already working on the second novel in the Beacon series.
