To the world, Jessica and Jack have the perfect marriage. They are so glamorous, so happy, so sickeningly in love, that when they publish a book about the seven rules to building a marriage like theirs, it becomes a bestseller. But to Jessica and Jack It's not so simple.
Jack doesn't understand why Jessica chronicles their whole lives online, and Jessica just doesn't understand Jack. They once really were so sickeningly in love but ten years together has rubbed the shine off their happiness. They're stuck. But they want to try.
In a desperate bid to get back to where they once were, they decide to practice what they preach and follow their seven rules. But they're about to learn that the first and only rule to a perfect marriage is that there is no such thing as perfect, and, in fact, there might be a lot more to life than rules
