Description

Author Bio

Zane Palmer was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was a 90's kid and a founding father of "Netflix and Chill" (when you needed a physical disc to install Netflix on your Playstation 3).
His interest in writing began at an early age. In middle school, Zane took an elective class, "Sci-Fi Literature" and fell in love with the genre. It was in this class that Zane would conceive the earliest ideas of his first two publications.

Zane wasn't close with his mother, who passed away two weeks after his twentieth birthday. She was artistic and loved to sing. Zane's father, Richard, raised him and his older brother Aaron on his own.

On August 19th, 2015 Zane hit a personal low and tried to end his own life. He soon realized that life is a blessing, and it's up to us how we choose to live it. Three years to the day later, the woman that would become Zane's wife told him she loves him for the first time.

After a decade of sitting on his ideas, and not living up to his potential, Zane began writing in May 2019. During the writing process, Zane's father's health declined. Richard, Zane's father, had twice survived cancer, but passed away in June 2020, after a third battle. He was three weeks away from his sixty-first birthday. Zane finished writing "Paragon: Fall of Man" that April, then published on November 29th, 2020. The eBook is available around the world and is currently doing well in Australia and Germany.

Zane released "Paragon: Fall of Man" Paperback on October 9th, 2021. The first edition features a black and white cover, with red font. (Currently, Zane is developing the audiobook for "Paragon: Fall of Man" with no release date.)

In December 2021, hot off the heels of marrying the love of his life, Zane began working on a new project. Inspired by an idea for fan fiction, Zane decided to repurpose an original story from his "Sci-Fi Lit" days. That story, "Crude Space" releases on November 29th, 2022. (Currently, Zane is developing the audiobook for "Crude Space" with a release date TBA)

In 2022, Zane took on a new role in order to further promote his writing, becoming a Music Composer. His first single, "Crude Space (Main Theme)" was released on May 23rd, 2022. The single gained attention worldwide, prompting Zane to further his musical career. On September, 2nd 2022 "Crude Space (Original Soundtrack)" was released, featuring seven songs.

Zane plans to write more books.
