Description

This is a science fiction novel set in the 23rd Century. Sharah is a Terran Mercenary pilot. She is in

her thirties with a tragedy in her past. Sharah although an excellent pilot doesn't play well with

others.

However, she is ordered to team up with a gunner from another planet named Jehan. He is from the

planet Canaan. He is over six foot tall with four arms and no hair. But he has snapping black eyes, a

calm demeanor and a wicked sense of humor.

They go through a lot of dangers, each saving the others life. Along the way some comrades are lost.

Through each dangerous encounter with natural and unnatural enemies, they realize the differences

between them doesn't mean as much as their feelings for each other.

Eventually they become lovers and that causes its own set of problems. Not just wih the authorities

but since they are both independent, determined people, they clash more than once.

I have been writing since I was in grade school. First by hand, then by manual typewriter, electric typewriter and now with computer. The world of science fiction has always been my world. I currently have more books sitting in my computer files and am about to finish another one. I am married and have been in Texas for over nine years after traveling for my husband's work for years. I tell my friends and family that writing isn't my passion, it is my obsession. I have two dogs, Roscoe who is a 65 pound Lab mix and Hildy who is Chihuahua and Pug. If it weren't for them, I'm afraid I would never get away from my computer. I also like traveling. I and my dogs travel 2400 round trip about once a month to see my husband who is currently working out of town. I am thrilled to finally see my book in print. It is a thrill that will never get old.
