Barry Alston Ray was born and raised in Corona, Queens. Barry was raised in the Church and began singing as well as directing choirs at an early age. As a teen Barry found himself in the NYS Department of Correctional Services, sentenced to 15 years to life. Barry was released on July 17, 2014, after making his 8th parole board and serving a total of 22 years and 9 months. Today Barry is an accomplished actor, singer/songwriter, published model, business owner and now author. He's just getting started!
