In a high-stakes game of espionage and deception, a female analyst uncovers Russia's plot to wield artificial intelligence, espionage, and disinformation as weapons of chaos against the United States. As she races against time to thwart an assassination plot, she finds herself entangled in a web of international intrigue and discovers a parallel threat from a Chinese spy network aiming to steal data, manipulate American voters, and harness technology to dismantle the very foundations of U.S. democracy. In a world where lies are a weapon and trust is a luxury, she must navigate the treacherous worlds of arms dealers, hackers, and spies to protect her country.
"A powerful work of fiction that feels as though it is ripped from the front pages. This is a must read for anyone seeking to understand where the world of cyber security and artificial intelligence is headed."
-- Admiral James Stavridis, Vice Chairman of the Carlyle Group, former Supreme Allied Commander at NATO
"A brilliant fusion of cybersecurity insights and thrilling espionage, this book sets a new standard for cyber literature, blending scholarly rigor with the intensity of a spy thriller."
-- Dave DeWalt, Founder and CEO of Night Dragon
"In Digital Mindhunters, Dr. Bilyana Lilly explores the modern battlefield of cyberspace, where the threat of foreign infiltration of U.S. social media platforms looms larger than ever. The book delves deep into how Russian and Chinese state actors have mastered the art of manipulating digital narratives, subtly shaping public opinion, and swaying elections--all while remaining largely unseen. This insidious influence evokes the chilling words from The Usual Suspects: "The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist." Through meticulous research and expert analysis, Dr. Lilly uncovers how these nations have become the Keyser Szes of the digital age, leaving the world to wonder if what we see online is ever truly real, or if it's all part of a grand illusion designed to undermine democracy from within."
-- Darrell M. Blocker, The International Spy Museum's Spy Whisperer and former CIA operative
"With Digital Mindhunters, Bilyana Lilly has written a modern spy thriller that provides realistic insights into the current and future state of Russian and Chinese information warfare. Drawing from her real-world experience and expertise the plot of the novel could very well turn out to be the headlines of the future."
-- Matt Devost, CEO of OODA LLC
