Author Bio

Carolyn Dahman was born in Louisville, Kentucky and moved to Florida in 2000. A former high school teacher, her twin loves of science fiction and mysteries inspired hundreds of fan fiction stories. Winding Trail is her first original novel.A self-confessed political junkie, she has been active in the community for many years. She has worked as a Poll worker for the elections board, served on the Board of Directors for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Center of Southwest Florida, and as a board member for the Friends of the Library. When not writing, she enjoys biking, reading and watching soccer--the 'real' football.She currently works for a non-profit agency in Fort Myers, where she lives with her husband of thirty-one years, Doug.
