Description

What happens when two magical worlds collide, and a human child sees a creature of Faerie Well, for both Tad Tucker, the boy who saw him, and for Pedwyn Dale, the solitary Faery who accidentally slipped through a Mist-Hole to the World, it brings nothing but trouble. Tad cannot convince anyone he really saw something. Pedwyn cannot convince the powers in Faerie that he was not seen. So, something has to be done to fix the situation. Tasked with solving this problem by the Shee-Queen, Pedwyn and his friends, the Pixie medium BeBoo Pevin, the brooding Spriggan, Wippa, Fee the Dink, and Hetchy the Bogie, must travel through the Mists to the World and get the human child to eat a slice of Mooncheese, which causes one to forget things they no longer need to know, like seeing Pedwyn Dale. While Tad Tucker frustratingly tries to get people to believe him, Pedywn and his companion troop journey across an extremely unfamiliar landscape to find the House of the Tucker, fix Pedwyn's mistake, and get back home.

Author Bio

Donald Lee Sadler was a reading daydreamer in high school, embracing fantasy, Marvel Comics, Dungeons and Dragons, his parents vinyl collection, and any other form of escapism. He chased his musical dreams and released six albums with his band, Hickey Necklace. He earned a master's degree in Historical Archaeology from the College of William and Mary, loves the treasure seeking magic of his job, and lives in southeastern Virginia with his daughter, girlfriend, and a lifetime collection of books, records, and a growing mass of Pittsburgh Steelers memorabilia.
His first book, The Legends of Some Kid, was a memoir of an idyllic childhood, while his second book Pedwyn Dale, is his first foray at putting all the dreams of his youth into his own fairytale world.
