Praised as heroes of the people, the Phantom Thieves are at the peak of their popularitythat is, until the untimely, gruesome mental shutdown and death of Harus father, the CEO of Okumura Foods, during a live TV press conference. Popular sentiment quickly turns against the Phantom Thieves, decrying them as criminals and murderers. To lay low and play the role of model students, the group takes on the role of running Shujin Academys cultural festival, where they hope to invite detective Goro Akechi to their school and glean information from him. But this turns into its own odd twist of fate, and a new, unexpected Phantom Thief joins the crew.

Author Bio

Hisato Murasaki is a manga artist and illustrator from Japan. He has created illustrations for a number of manga and novel series, including Hyakume no Kishi (Knight of 100 Eyes), The Case-Book of ENA, the D-Crackers series, and Bravely Archive: Ds Report. He also wrote the manga Boku no Mawari no Uchuujin (The Alien Around Me). He started work on Persona 5 in 2016.
