Author Bio

David Quinn is best known for his graphic novel Faust, co-created with artist Tim Vigil, which sparked a series of follow-ups and a movie adaptation. Among his other works, Quinn enjoyed a lengthy run on Doctor Strange, Sorcerer Supreme, and has written Chaos! Comics titles Purgatori and Lady Death. Mel Rubi holds a special relationship with the scarlet-tressed Hyrkanian warrior-woman Red Sonja. Few in the character's history have more consistently drawn out her power and beauty for loyal readers. Influenced by manga and anime as well as the works of the masters, Rubi's expressive and dynamic artwork for Dynamite Entertainment's hit Red Sonja series has helped define the modern She-Devil with a Sword.
