The Penguin asks Catwoman to kidnap the Ventriloquist's prized puppet Scarface. That way the Penguin can hold it hostage and stop Scarface's gang from stealing his profits. Catwoman pulls off the caper only to discover that the Ventriloquist has declared war on the Penguin's forces in retaliation and neither villain is willing to back down Catwoman's conscience kicks in so she decides to team up with the Dark Knight to set things right. But even with Batman's help the odds are severely stacked against them.
