Peter Brookes is political cartoonist at The Times. He was voted Cartoonist of the Year at the British Press Awards in 2012, 2011, 2010, 2007, 2005 and 2002 and has won three Silver Awards from the Designers and Art Directors Association. His previous books include the best-selling The Best of Times (9781906779580) and Nature Notes (9780316727228).
