Multiple Sclerosis, or MS, is a disease of the central nervous system that affects about 100,000 people in the UK and is the most common disabling neurological condition to affect young adults. Those with MS often suffer from symptoms including weakness, lack of coordination, dizziness and decline in motor skills. This helpful guide collects together yoga-based exercises specifically designed to maximise the benefits of yoga for those with MS symptoms, minimising muscular tension and improving breathing, concentration and alertness.
