Author Bio

Pamela Myles is based at the Charlie Waller Institute, University of Reading where she is Head of Training in the School of Psychology. Pamela oversees the two IAPT courses (Postgraduate Diploma and Postgraduate Certificate) and a further Postgraduate Diploma and Postgraduate Certificate in CBT. Professor Roz Shafran is also based at the Charlie Waller Institute, University of Reading. She is the author of Overcoming Perfectionism and editor of The CBT Handbook for Anxiety.
