Dr. Megan A.Neffis a neurodivergent (Autistic-ADHD) clinician, parent, and advocate. She works with late-in-life diagnosed autistic and ADHD people and creates mental health and wellness resources with the neurodivergent person in mind. She is a clinical psychologist, researcher, and writer who stumbled into becoming an accidental Instagram therapist and content creator. In a constantly evolving digital and mental health landscape, she often finds herself reflecting on what it means to be human, a helper, and how we can show up for each other.
