Ysabel started out her professional career working in international business & the stock market. After several years she decided to follow her passion for wellness and nutrition and went back to school and pursued a career as a dietitian.
She has worked as a private practice dietitian and as a clinical dietitian in a hospital setting for over 27 years. With a desire to reach a broader audience she has ventured into her life long dream of writing books to help others live their best life.
