Studies have shown that low-GI diets reduce hunger and can maximise fat loss. From the bestselling authors of The Gi Plan, The 10-Day Gi Diet offers ultimate flexibility and kickstarts your longer-term GI diet. With a host of choices, activity boosters and mental energisers, you can embrace what your body and taste buds dictate and remain guilt-free, whilst being mentally and physically charged. This is a simple, easy-to-follow diet plan that offers visible results - in just 10 days.

Reviews

The diet that will get you to the weight you want to be and keep you there - for good * Daily Mail *
GI is fast becoming a well-known name in weight loss, and if there's one diet likely to knock Atkins off the No 1 diet spot, it's this one * Now on The Gi Plan *
a flexible, realistic and forgiving approach to dieting. It is not about avoiding foods, but simply eating what you like within healthy boundaries - and it even allows for those occasional naughty bites and moments when you really need comfort food. Inspirational and encouraging, it not only provides the motivation you need to stick to this diet, but also transforms your entire relationship with food * Hilary Jones on The Gi Plan *
It looks as if GI-madness is on the way. GI-speak will soon be as common as carb-speak is now * Guardian *
