Dawn Hamilton Ph.D. was trained as a nutritional therapist by Patrick Holford. She also has a PhD in psychology. Dawn works with a wide range of personal development and complementary therapies. Jane Sen is a cookery writer, nutrition consultant and broadcaster. She is the Chief Dietary Advisor at the Bristol Cancer Centre. Jane gives lectures and cookery workshops throughout the UK. She has designed and presented a Dairy free video for the Bristol Cancer Help Centre
