BRENDAN BRAZIER is the international bestselling author of The Thrive Diet, Thrive Fitness, Whole Foods to Thrive, and Thrive Energy Cookbook and is the co-founder and formulator of Vega. He is recognized as one of the world's foremost authorities on plant-based performance nutrition, and is head of nutrition for the Cannondale-Garmin Pro Cycling Team and nutrition consultant to a number of NHL, MLB, NFL, MLS, UFC, and Olympic athletes.
