Description

The popular bodywork known as Polarity and founded by Dr. Randolph Stone is a union of holistic health, diet, exercise, massage and spiritual practice. Dr. Stone developed it as a way to rebalance the cells and intelligence of a sick person with their natural attunement in accordance with spirit and the universe at large. Liberally interspersed with line drawings showing energy patterns and zone charts, this is a readable first introduction to Polarity.
